Court-Ordered Community Service

Our community service program allows court-ordered community service workers to fulfill their legally-required hours by completing cleaning and other maintenance tasks at the shelter.

Community service workers exclusively work on cleaning and other maintenance tasks and are not eligible to work hands-on with the animals. Please note that certain felony, assault, theft, and animal-related charges may disqualify you from community service with Roice-Hurst Humane Society.
