Is your animal-loving kiddo looking for a summer activity that’s both fun and educational? Roice-Hurst Humane Society’s four-day Furry Friends Kids Camp is designed to teach children ages 6-12 all about dogs and cats! Campers will learn how to properly greet and care for pets, make toys and treats, practice positive reinforcement training, and of course, spend quality time interacting with shelter pets! Our team will open the wonderful world of animal welfare to your child with activities that emphasize safety, empathy, and responsibility.
Due to high demand, two identical sessions are available — July 8-11 and July 22-25 from 8:45am-12:00pm. Please register for just one four-day session. The cost of camp is $100 total.
